Our advice for use
How is the lemon antioxidant energy drink consumed?
- Dilute one packet of antioxidant drink in 500ml of water or 2 packets in 1.5L
- In hot weather, under-dose the drink and drink 1 to 2 sips every 10 minutes
- In cold weather, overdose the drink and take 1 to 2 sips every 10 minutes
For a complete energy intake, complete the drink with Meltonic energy gels.
