Meltonic Maltodextrin is made to prepare your body for long efforts. Such as a marathon, a trail, a triathlon, a cyclosportive, a long session of home trainer... For the marathon, the goal being to move back as much as possible the famous "wall" and thus achieve your goals.

How to use it

How is Meltonic Organic Corn Maltodextrin consumed

During the 3 days leading up to your goal: dilute 6 measuring spoons of organic corn maltodextrin in a 1.5L bottle/jug/flask of water and drink throughout the day. Repeat the experience the next day and the day after that, so that your body is ready to give it all on race day. For recovery after exercise, it is advisablé to consume a combination of maltodextrin and/or protein.
