J'ai remplacé le sirop de menthe que j'utilisais par cette boisson énergétique. J'ai pu faire plusieurs sorties longues (> 20km) et pour l'instant je ne ressens plus le coup de barre post course. Difficile de savoir si c'est 100% grâce aux entrainements ou 100% à la boisson, mais je suis certain de ressentir une nette amélioration dans ma récupération. La boisson étant chargée en glucide, je n'ai pas eu besoin de gels même après plus de deux heures d'entrainement et je n'ai pas eu de coup de mou. Attention, le gout est particulier du fait de l'alliance sel/sucre, je rajoute du sirop sans sucre et du lait d'avoine pour pouvoir le boire sans problème. Deux cuillères dans 1.5 L suffisent largement.
