Utiliser l'année dernière lors de mon bikebacking Paris Cap d'Agde j'ai pu en ressentir les bienfaits chaque lendemain après en avoir pris au coucher. En effet mes jambes étaient reposés et aucune crampes sur les 700km. J'en prends même après mes longues sorties run et cela fait beaucoup de bien associé au gel récup'.

Pas très intéressant pour la récup et pareil qu’une autre infusion du même type. Les sachets sont en plastiques (gros point négatif)
